Owner and Property Manager
Matt has been in real estate management since 1988. His experience includes 2 years as a National Director for the National Assoc. of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Charter Member and1993 President of the local chapter of NARPM, 2000 President of (FARPM) Florida Association of Residential Property Managers and Vice Chairman of the Property Management Committee at the Pensacola Association of Realtors. Matt is one of the first certified Master property Managers in (MPM) the highest designation offered by NARPM. Matt also holds the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation. Matt and Judy are the proud parents their son Logan.

Owner and Accounting Manager
Judy attained her real estate license in 1991, and joined the family business in accounting. In 1993, Judy graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Finance. Judy oversees accounting and the day to day operation of the business. Judy's specialties include:computers, bookkeeping, and business. She served as the 1997 & 98 Secretary, 2001 PRESIDENT,and 2003 Treasurer of the Pensacola Chapter of NARPM. Judy is also a consultant in real estate management software and book keeping.

Founder and Property Manager (Retired)
After retiring from the Navy in 1973, Arlen entered the field of real estate.In August 1981 Arlen opened RE/MAX Property Management in 1984 he earned his Broker's License. Arlen has won numerous awards through RE/MAX International and in 1994 Arlen was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, distinguishing him as one of the Elite in the Real Estate Industry.

Co-Founder (Retired)
Eileen retired from the Navy Exchange Accounting Department after working for them all over the world. Eileen joined Arlen in 1985 to manage bookeepin with her extensive experience in computers and real estate management.

Assistant Property Manager
Dawn joined the company in October 1997 bringing with her a wealth of customer service experience.  She earned her Real Estate License in 1999.  She handles future and current tenant questions, arranges property showings, and oversees all administration.   Dawn also oversees the company in the Owners absence. On an average day she answers up to 200 calls. Dawn is the proud parents of their two sons Jim and Chris.

Assistant to the Property Manager
Karen relocated to Florida from Ohio in August of 2004, where she Owned and managed a retail business specializing in gifts and collectables. She was a system analyst and computer programmer for BP Oil and Ameristrust bank. Karen also attended Baldwin Wallace college majoring in Business Admin.  Karen specializes in new client cooridination.
